The Chairman of the Board of Management, Axel C. Heitmann, was invited as key panel speaker at the conference which took place in Singapore in September 2008.

In the panel speech entitled ‘Powering the Global Engine’, Heitmann, alongside his fellow speakers addressed pertinent issues related to a world faced with escalating commodity and energy prices and how companies could meet these challenges with alternative fuels and environmentally-friendly technologies.
