Belts, Cables and Hoses

Baymod®	Baymod® N is a family of powdered nitrile rubbers that are compatible with a number of different polymers and are used as plasticizers.
Cohedur®	Cohedur bonding agents promote adhesion between elastic rubber and inelastic-but-durable material such as reinforcing carcasses or steel cords, which are combined to make long-lasting tires, conveyor belts, hoses, rubberized fabrics, containers, etc.
Vulkacit®	Vulcanization is the conversion of a high-molecular material from the plastic to the elastic state. One of the key chemical reactions in this process is that of rubber with sulfur. Sulfur vulcanization, widely used in the rubber industry, requires the use of vulcanization accelerators such as Vulkacit®.
Vulkanox®	Antidegradants such as Vulkanox® are chemicals which protect the vulcanizates against damaging external influences. Depending on the chemical structure, they act against one or more of the aging processes mentioned.
Vulkanol®	Vulkanol® synthetic plasticizers are required as active ingredients to adjust the properties of vulcanizates, for example, to reduce hardness, modulus and tensile strength or to increase ultimate elongation and resilience.
Zinkoxyd Aktiv	LANXESS zinc oxides are precipitated to offer a rather small range of particle size combined with a high surface area. On top these products are characterized by a very low heavy metal content.

Bayhibit®	Bayhibit® is a family of inhibitors that have outstanding stability to bleach, lye, chlorine and bromine. Bayhibit products can be used as additives in cleaning agents and for cooling and processing water.
Bayfomox®	Bayfomox® offers a reactive dual-component polyurethane system that is used to manufacture extremely flame-retardant articles for fire stop applications.
Baypure	Baypure offers efficient and more environmentally friendly solutions for complexation, dispersing and crystal modification.
Levanox®	Levanox® is a family of aqueous, solvent-free inorganic pigment preparations, comprising selected high-grade inorganic pigments, which can be used in paints and coatings and detergents.
Levanyl®	Levanyl® products are aqueous, solvent-free organic pigments which are light fast, and possess high brilliance.
Preventol	Preventol brand of products are anti-microbial compounds to preserve a wide range of water based industrial products. Due to their low toxicity and environmentally friendly nature, these products are being increasingly preferred by the industry.
Triisobutyl Phosphate	Triisobutyl phosphate is a very strong solvent used for liquefying concrete, textile auxiliaries, paper coating compounds, etc.

Coatings

Bayferrox	Bayferrox synthetic iron oxide pigments are widely used worldwide for coloring all types of concrete products, from ready-mixed concrete to tiles to grout. Of very high quality and rich in color, they are also popular in paints.
Bayplast® yellow Y-5688	Bayplast is a family of strong organic yellow pigments which possess excellent stability to light and weathering, making them ideal for high-grade coatings for automotive and industrial applications.
Colortherm®	Colortherm® synthetic iron oxide pigments have excellent dispersibility and color stability in plastics. They are also very stable at the high temperatures needed for the processing of thermoplastics Colourtherm® pigments are REACH-certified and also comply with all EU norms of restriction of heavy metal components.
Levanox®	Levanox is a family of aqueous, solvent-free inorganic pigment preparations, comprising selected high-grade inorganic pigments, which can be used in paints and coatings and detergents.
Levanyl®	Levanyl products are aqueous, solvent-free organic pigments which are light fast, and possess high brilliance.
Mesamoll®	Mesamoll® is a general purpose plasticizer, with good gelling behaviour and saponification resistance, which is compatible with many types of polymers including poly vinyl chloride and polyurethanes.
Preventol	Preventol brand of products are anti-microbial compounds to preserve a wide range of water based industrial products. Due to their low toxicity and environmentally friendly nature, these products are being increasingly preferred by the industry.

Levanyl®	Levanyl® products are aqueous, solvent-free organic pigments which are light fast, and possess high brilliance. They are noted above all for their fine dispersion and high transparency.
Vulkanox®	Vulkanox® antioxidants afford outstanding protection from oxygen, heat and unorientated crack formation (crazing) against dynamic stress, oxidation, ozone and rubber poisons.
Vulkanol®	Vulkanol® synthetic plasticizers are required as active ingredients to adjust the properties of vulcanizates, for example, to reduce hardness, modulus and tensile strength or to increase ultimate elongation and resilience.

Disflamoll® DPK	Disflamoll DPK is used as a plasticizer with many types of polymers including polyvinyl chloride (PVC), phenolic resin, polyurethane and acrylonitrile butadiene rubber.
Disflamoll®TOF	Disflamoll®TOF is a halogen free phosphate plasticizer with a very good resistance to low temperatures and weathering. It is suitable for use with many types of polymers including flexible PVC, PUR, NBR, SBR. It is a strong, moderately polar solvent.
Bayfomox®	Bayfomox is a family of flame retardants for polymers that can resist open fire for a long time. Bayfomox offers a reactive dual-component polyurethane system that is used to manufacture extremely flame-retardant articles for fire stop applications.
